JANKE provides hydraulic presses ranging from 30 to 500 tons, for trimming and degating iron and aluminum castings.
All presses are designed, manufactured and assembled by JANKE in Germany.
The presses may be augmented by additional equipment (fully automatic tool change systems, robots, and/or conveyors to “finishing cells”).
SPECIAL PURPOSE MACHINES
When foundry customers need integrated systems JANKE develops them. This includes integrating special machines for drilling, milling or sawing operations.
Many well known foundries rely on special purpose machines from JANKE.
